Management hints

Project data flow table (PDFT): in progress table which shows data flows among all WPs (fields: WP,Input data,Input source WP,Output data,Output destination WP), used for accessibility policy instantiation.
WP data flow table (WPDFT): one should expect a similar table for each WP about their own task list. This should be under responsability of WP leaders.
